  1. Step # 1
    Fill "Personal Information Form”(PIF), and save it. Print its copy for your record. Within 15 minutes after submission of PIF, you will receive confirmation email containing an “ACKNOWLEDGEMENT CODE” which is required for submission of “COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM” (CAF). Go to step 2.
  2. Step # 2
    Upon saving of PIF, a new Button will appear click it, this will download a Challan. Print it in Landscape mode and Deposit Fee at nearest HBL Bank, then go to Step 3. If any HBL Branch does not accept this Challan, the Candidate can deposit Fee using Standard Deposit Slip of the Bank.
  3. Step # 3
    Click on the link of "COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM". (CAF) Fill Application Ref No of "PIF", "Acknowledgement Code" received to candidate through system generated email, Bank Challan Number, Branch and city name where fee is deposited, to open the "COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM".
    The candidate should SAVE the “Complete Information Form” (CAF) and SUBMIT Later, Once the CAF is SUBMITTED, It will not be editable later. However it is advised to SAVE the CAF, read it carefully, apply changes if required then SUBMIT CAF.
  4. Step # 4
    After printing the “COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM” sign it, attach all attested copies of academic Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC and other relevant documents etc. Send/Submit whole set of documents and original Bank challan through courier or Personally to “Director HR, New Admin Block, Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Jamshoro. Upon receiving your application and relevant documents, the acknowledgement email will be sent.
    It is necessary to fill Experience, Education, Foreign Visit, Membership With Other Organization, Special Training In the Field Related To the Post, Awards And Medals, Publication & Research activities, reference details for your application, without which the application will not be submitted. if you do not have data regarding any of the details asked in the application, Kindly enter N/A (Nill row), Please see tutorial for further detail.
